We give you the option to try out all of our templates long before paying a dime (just click the “try before you buy” link in the item description), so hopefully you never feel the need to request a refund. Sadly, once a template is purchased, we can’t offer refunds for printing, trimming, mailing or not-reading related issues. If you run into an issue with our templates themselves, send us an email and we’ll be glad to help you out or issue a full refund.
Aside from paper, envelopes and a printer, the only other thing you might need is a paper cutter to trim out your invites. We swear by this one, but any will do. You can even head to your local Kinkos or FedEx Office and use their paper cutter for free (just don’t tell them we sent you).
Making anything for your wedding is a time investment, we know. But when it comes to invitations, 90% of what you’re paying for is someone else’s time. And those costs add up quickly. If you don’t have time to do it yourself, ask your bridesmaids, mom or future mother-in-law to help out. Or simply download your chosen design and upload it to an online printer who can do the rest for you.
Unfortunately, template and paper sizes can’t be changed at this time.
